 Chicken-Berry Spinach Salad


  • 6 Strawberries (Halved)
  • 8 Blackberries
  • 10 Blueberries
  • 1/3 Sliced Red Onion
  • 5 Leaves Fresh Basil
  • 2 Cups Spinach Leaves
  • 2 tsp Sliced almonds
  • 1 [10oz.] Can White Chicken Breast (Drained)

Combine berries, basil, onions, and spinach and then toss with your favorite balsamic vinaigrette dressing. Top with almonds and  chicken breast. Yields 2 Servings.
